Alejandro Gambirazio is the CEO and founding partner of Centrica Wealth Management.

Prior to that, he served as a Senior Banker for the Central and South America Region at J.P. Morgan Private Bank for 12 years, where he developed and managed ultra-high net-worth families in the region totaling +$3bn in AUM.

Before J.P. Morgan, he spent 17 years at Banco Santander as a Senior Vice President covering the Andean Region from the Miami office. He also served for eight years as Head of the Bank & Trust division, based in Nassau, Bahamas.

Alejandro brings more than 30 years of banking industry experience across a variety of investment, corporate credit, and management roles. Alejandro holds a B.A. in Economics and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

He resides in Miami with his wife, three sons and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and tennis.

Jesús Urrutia, CFA is the CIO and Founding Partner of Centrica Wealth Management.

Previously, he was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank based in Miami for 8 years where he advised ultra-high-net-worth families across Latin America, providing investment advice and tailored portfolio solutions.

Prior to his role in Miami, he spent 4 years at the J.P. Morgan Suisse office in Geneva (Switzerland) as an Analyst covering the Mexican Market.

He began his career in Madrid, Spain, as a Financial Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Jesús holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Navarra in Spain. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder and is licensed with FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65.

He resides in Miami with his wife and two daughters. During his free time, Jesús enjoys playing padel and kiteboarding.

Michael Anderson is the President and CEO of RF Holdings Limited (RFH), the parent company of RFH’s banking and pension operations in The Bahamas, Barbados, and the Cayman Islands. In 2019, he led RFH’s acquisition of Royal Fidelity’s Bahamas and Barbados banking operations from RBC and Fidelity, as well as Fidelity’s pension business in Cayman.

A veteran of the Fidelity Group, Michael began his career there in 1987 as VP and CFO of its Cayman operations. In 1995, he co-led the management buyout of British American Holdings Ltd.’s banking operations in The Bahamas and Cayman.

With over 30 years of experience in investment banking, retail banking, and pensions across the Caribbean, Michael has overseen operations in The Bahamas, Cayman, Turks & Caicos, and Barbados. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Accountancy from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa), is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Federico serves on Centrica’s Investment Committee, helping guide the firm’s investment strategy. With over 25 years of experience, he is a seasoned investment professional specializing in global credit, rates, and foreign exchange, with deep expertise in emerging markets and macroeconomic strategy. He has held senior roles at top institutions including UBS Asset Management and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Most recently, Dr. Kaune was Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets Fixed Income at UBS, leading global teams of portfolio managers, analysts, and traders. Prior to that, he was Co-Head of Emerging Markets Debt at Morgan Stanley, where he also led the Macro-Quantitative and Macroeconomic Analysis teams.

His career began as an economist at the International Monetary Fund and Goldman Sachs, where he developed a strong foundation in international economics and policy.

Based in Coral Gables, Florida, he is active in early-stage investing, venture capital, and principal investments. Dr. Kaune holds a PhD and MA in Economics from the University of Chicago and a BA from Universidad del Pacífico. He is fluent in English and Spanish and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
